Terms and Conditions
Please read our service guidelines, booking agreements, and delivery timelines.
1. Booking & Date Reservation
To reserve and lock your desired event date, an advance booking deposit of 30% to 50% of the total package value is required. Verbal inquiries do not secure a date without deposit confirmation.
2. Payment Schedule
- Booking Advance: 30% - 50% at the time of contract signing.
- Event Day Payment: 30% - 40% on or before the final event day.
- Final Settlement: Remaining balance upon final deliverables/album handover.
3. Photo Delivery & Selection
All RAW images (color corrected / classic graded) will be provided via private Google Drive link or Pen Drive within 7–14 days after the event. Clients can then select their favorite photos for high-end album retouching.
4. Cinematography & Video Editing
Cinematic trailers and teasers (2–3 mins) are delivered within 15–25 business days. Full event documentary videos and final rendered prints are delivered within 30–45 business days following client song/photo approvals.
5. Copyright & Creative Usage
ChobirKobi retains the creative copyright of all photographs and videos. We respect client privacy; however, we reserve the right to feature selected highlight works on our website, social portfolios, and promotional exhibitions unless an exclusive private non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is requested in writing.
6. Client Cooperation & Venue Permissions
The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary photography permissions or entry permits for private venues, clubs, or drone aerial zones.
