Terms & Conditions
Transparent service guidelines, booking agreements, copyright rules, and delivery schedules.
1. Booking & Date Reservation
To reserve and lock your desired event date, an advance booking deposit of 30% to 50% of the total package value is required upon contract confirmation. Verbal inquiries do not secure a date without deposit verification.
2. Payment Schedule
- Booking Advance: 30% – 50% at the time of booking confirmation.
- Event Day Payment: 30% – 40% on or before the final event day.
- Final Settlement: Remaining balance upon final deliverables and album handover.
3. Photo Delivery & Selection
All RAW/Master images (color corrected and classic graded) will be provided via private Google Drive link or High-Speed Pen Drive within 7–14 business days after the event. Clients can select their favorite photographs for high-end master album retouching.
4. Cinematography & Video Editing
Cinematic trailers and teasers (2–3 mins) are delivered within 15–25 business days. Full event documentary videos and final rendered prints are delivered within 30–45 business days following client song and photo approvals.
5. Copyright & Creative Usage
SHREOSHI MULTIMEDIA LTD. retains the creative copyright of all photographs and films. We respect client privacy; however, we reserve the right to feature selected highlight works on our website, social portfolios, and promotional exhibitions unless an exclusive private non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is requested in writing prior to the event.
6. Client Cooperation & Venue Permissions
The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary photography permissions or entry permits for private venues, clubs, heritage locations, or drone aerial zones.
